Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming and stressful, but it’s supposed to be a joyous time. There are so many decisions to make and so much information out there. We can take the worry out of your wedding day, so you can relax and cherish every moment.

“Just Getting Started” Inspirational Session

These are sessions we do with newly engaged couples who might be feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to begin. We offer consultations via phone, Skype, or in our studio in New Bern, NC. Hourly consultations start at $125 with one of our professional, experienced event planners.

Event Styling & Design

Our design style is very clean with touches of personal details throughout the event, giving you and your guests an exceptional celebration. We believe it’s extremely important to not only have a unified look, but also a guest experience that matches the feel and style of your event.

We offer custom event styling using images, color swatches, linens, and written narratives to establish an overall design concept. We work with you to create a true vision of your celebration before we start planning the design elements of your event. Event styling is included with our planning services, but it can also be quoted as a stand alone services to help pull together your event details, colors, style and atmosphere into a cohesive brand for your event. Styling and design services start at $200 and can range up to $4,000+ depending on the event.

  Full Service Planning & Production Package

Our clients hire us for our dedication, style, and experience. Form the first phone call or consultation, you can see the level of outstanding service and professionalism we’re know for. When it comes to planning something as personal and unique as your wedding, a “one-size-fits-all” planning package doesn’t truly fit.

To ensure we can exceed your expectations, we take a limited number of full service weddings each year. We would love to meet over coffee or wine in our studio to hear your ideas, talk about important details, and get to know you. After meeting (or chatting on the phone or Skype), we will create a custom planning and design proposal just for you. The investment for full service planning and design generally begins at $3,000. Below is a very brief summary of the full service planning and design experience we provide:

  • Our first step is an in-depth consultation to learn about you: how you met, what your hobbies are, where you like to shop, etc. These details give us a vibe of who you are individually and as a couple. We also review all of the major elements of the event to learn your general style and vision.
  • We will work with you to create a realistic budget projection for your event based on our in-depth consultation.
  • We will provide extensive planning checklists, which will help you stay organized right up until your wedding date.
  • We also work with you to find the perfect hotel, resort, mansion, cabin, private estate wide open space to use as your even venue. Our extensive knowledge and database of North Carolina wedding venues is unparalleled.
  • We will assist with selecting the perfect the perfect vendor team to match your style, budget, and personality.
  • We are by your side every step of the way, including scheduling and attending your vendor meetings. We will work as your liaison and advocate every step of the way.
  • Our planners will recommend and manage guest accommodations and group transportation.
  • We’ll manage rental items including specialty linens.
  • We provide guidance on wedding etiquette.
  • We create detailed production schedules for your wedding weekend.
  • We are always on-site to direct your ceremony rehearsal.
  • We manage the final walk-through at the venue to ensure the space diagrams, production schedules, and details are accurate.
  • We will coordinate and host your wedding day from start to finish, ensuring you can relax and truly enjoy your day.


  Month of Planning Package
  • We will have a final planning meeting to talk through the wedding day and determine how the couple would like the wedding to flow.
  • We will make all of the preparations for the rehearsal and map out a wedding day timeline.
  • We will make sure every vendor is confirmed and prepared for the day of the wedding. (4 weeks prior to the event)
The Rehearsal
  • We will coordinate the attendance and direction of the wedding rehearsal, as well as the officiate.
  • We do a final collection of all of the wedding items at the rehearsal to be set-up on the wedding day, such as: candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
Wedding Day
  • We attend, oversee, and direct the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours).
  • We receive deliveries and greet the vendors.
  • We make sure the wedding ceremony areas are setup as planned.
  • We make sure all table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed.
  • We assist with handing out the wedding flowers, pinning corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
  • We help the wedding party get into place or be ready to walk down the aisle, making sure the flowers are held correctly, that the timing is perfect, and that the wedding dress train is straight, etc.
  • We help the photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer.
  • We make sure the wedding reception area is setup as planned, candles are lit, the D.J. is on schedule, etc.
  • We make sure everything is running on schedule and that transportation is running on time.
  • We also make sure all vendors receive their final payments, as needed.
  • We prevent and fix any problems that may arise during your wedding day, while helping you maintain a cool composure. Our goal is to provide a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom.

Prices for the Month of Planning package start at $1,500.
